Discounts & Loyalty

Our Pharm Points programme allows you to earn Loyalty Points, known as Pharm Points, when you shop directly on the Manuka Pharm website. Shop, earn and enjoy with Manuka Pharm.

LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT

To redeem your Pharm Points you must be logged into your account on the Manuka Pharm website when you are shopping.

ACTIVATING YOUR ACCOUNT

If you are having difficulty accessing your account and not receiving your password reset email then your account may not be activated. Simply click "register now" and complete the details for your email address.

HOW MANY PHARM POINTS DO I HAVE?

You can view how many Pharm Points you have on your Loyalty page of the website. You must be logged in to view this information. Your Loyalty page can be viewed here.

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I REDEEM MY PHARM POINTS ON?

Your new Pharm Points can be redeemed on all products on the Manuka Pharm website.

Shop across our site and add the products you wish to order to your cart.

Tick to agree to the T&Cs and you will be able to proceed to the checkout.

REDEEMING YOUR PHARM POINTS

Once you have proceeded from the cart page into the checkout you will be able to redeem your Pharm Points on your order using the slider. Use the slider to determine how many points you want to redeem, then you can click the redeem button to apply the discount.

On mobile devices you may need to click the link "Show order summary & discount codes" to open up the discount section. Then set your loyalty credit and click apply.

IMPORTANT: If your Pharm Points have been correctly applied then you will see the order value decrease. If the order value has not been reduced then your Pharm Points have not been applied.

We cannot retrospectively apply Pharm Points after an order has been placed. If you are having trouble applying your Pharm Points please contact customer services before completing your order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Pharm Points cannot be used towards the cost of shipping.

OTHER DISCOUNT CODES

Pharm Points cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes, it is your responsibility to determine which discount is best for your order.

MY PHARM POINTS HAVE DISAPPEARED

If you apply the Pharm Points and then do not complete the checkout your Pharm Points will be assigned to that discount. The discount will expire after 1 hour and the Pharm Points will be available in your account again.

We share discount codes with our customers from time to time. The information below is provided to help you use your discount code on the Manuka Doctor website.

USING YOUR DISCOUNT CODE

Once you have shopped on our website and added the products you wish to order to your cart you will need to tick to agree to the T&Cs and you will then be able to proceed to the checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

Discount codes cannot be used to reduce the cost of shipping.

Shipping is calculated on order values after the discount code has been applied. This means that your shipping cost will be recalculated after applying the code and if the discount reduces the product costs below £60 then shipping costs will be due.

A discount code cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes, automatic discount codes or loyalty points, it is your responsibility to determine which discount is best for your order.

Shipping

Yes. For orders over £60 we offer FREE shipping via Royal Mail. This is a tracked service.

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you apply a discount via a code or loyalty points then your shipping cost will be recalculated. If your order is discounted below £60 then shipping will be due on your order.
